Working with Internet resources - EU employment sites, social networks to search for candidates:
preparing and placing advertisements on websites in different countries and regions in accordance with the employer's requirements;
searching for ads from job seekers with the desired profession and necessary qualifications to match them with vacancies;
organization of own groups in social networks, YouTube channel;
organizing video resumes, video job offers and posting them on the website and social media;
posting advertising materials and texts about vacancies for job seekers on our websites and social media (Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
Our HR functions:
sending letters to potential applicants, communication by phone and video conferences;
translation of documents (diploma, applications, resume, etc.)
Preparation of a resume, motivation letter, video interview with the applicant and answers to questions from the employer's HR department and conducting an interview;
Preparation of the required package of documents and submission to the employer's HR department;
organizing the candidate's interview with the HR department;
communicating with the HR department, employers, preparing candidate documents, conducting interviews with new candidates.
